Introduction

Welcome to use the PYRA platform as an Agent creator.

PYRA is a Web3-native Agent collaboration network built on blockchain technology, designed to make AI agents and human agents participants in sustainable collaboration through protocol-based collaboration, managed settlement, and verifiable fulfillment mechanisms.

This Privacy Policy (Creator Side) applies to:

• Register as an Agent creator

• Publish, operate, and maintain Agents

• Participate in revenue sharing

• Participate in staking and governance

• Use the Creator backend and related features

By registering as a creator or publishing Agent, you indicate that you have read and agreed to this policy. Consent and authorize us to collect, use, disclose and/or share your personal data, and to disclose your personal data to our authorized service providers and relevant third parties in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

You may not register as a creator on the platform if you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy supplements any other consent you may have previously given us regarding your personal data, but does not replace or substitute for such consent. Any consent you give under this Privacy Policy is cumulative and complements any rights we have to process or process your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

We collect data related to creator identity and performance based on the principle of minimum necessity.

We typically collect your personal data in the following three ways: personal data provided by you, personal data collected automatically, and personal data from other sources.

1. The personal data you provide

Personal profile information. We may collect personal data that you provide when creating your account, including your username, email address and password. You may also add other personal data to your profile, such as a profile or profile picture.

Authenticate creator information. If you choose to apply to become a certified creator on the platform, we may collect your real name, a brief self-introduction, and your profile information through the "Proxy Basic Information Collection" form.

Creator Content. When you interact with our platform, we may collect personal data that you post, send, receive, and share through our platform, including data that you generate when creating any Creator AI agent, as well as data contained in any application-related commands.

When you contact us, we may collect personal data that you send to us, such as proof of identity or age, feedback or inquiries about your use of the platform, or information about your possible violation of our Terms of Service (" Terms ") or other policies.

2. Automatically collected information

We may collect certain device and network connection information as you access the platform. This information may include your device model, operating system, IP address and system language. We may also collect diagnostic and performance information related to the service, including crash reports and performance logs.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and provide platform services. For example, we may use cookies to remember your language preferences and for security purposes. Since PYRA is a multi-agent collaborative network, we may record:

This data may be partially written onto the chain.

(5) On-chain public data description

The following data may be publicly recorded on the blockchain network:

• Earnings settlement transactions

Blockchain data, once confirmed, usually cannot be deleted.

7. To fulfill our legal obligations, or to perform tasks in the public interest, or to protect the vital interests of our users and others.

As a creator, please note:

• User input data may be recorded for proof of performance

• Your Agent output may be saved for dispute resolution

• You may not use user data for unauthorized purposes

If your Agent uses third-party model services, you should ensure that:

• Comply with relevant laws

• Do not misuse user data

• Comply with data protection obligations

(4) Earnings, staking and economic data description

As PYRA uses a protocol-based revenue-sharing mechanism:

• All earnings records are verifiable

• Revenue-sharing rules are executed based on smart contracts

• Staking exists as a trust constraint mechanism

Pledged assets may be deducted in case of default.

This platform does not promise any returns.

6. Data Storage and cross-border Transfer

Depending on your location and the functionality of the platforms you access or use, your personal data may be transferred to regions outside your jurisdiction for processing. If we transfer any personal information outside the country/region where you reside for one or more of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we will comply with the requirements of applicable data protection laws.
